Have these ready if you can
- Your policy's declarations page. Carrier, policy number, deductible. If you cannot find it, the carrier's name is enough to start.
- The claim number and any estimate, if you have already filed.
- Photos of the damage and of any hailstones you measured on Sept 11.
- The date you first reported the loss, if you did.
What happens after you send the form
- A licensed adjuster calls you back, usually within the hour during business hours.
- We ask about the roof, the policy and where the claim stands, and tell you honestly whether we add value.
- If we do, we schedule the inspection. You never pay anything upfront.
